Any returns from businesses are at our discretion. They must be within a 14 day period from when the goods were delivered or collected. Any returns must be requested in advance. If we permit the return, refunds will be the full amount of the returned goods minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Exempt from returns are the following:
- Items purchased over 14 days ago.
- Used items.
- Items not in the original condition in which we sold them. This includes but is not limited to; any marks, scratches, dents, water damage, odours etc.
- Items missing tags and/or retail packaging.
- Built to Order or Personalised Items.
- Gift Cards.
- Digital Software.
- Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons if opened (for example but not limited to; Face Masks, In-Ear Monitors, Personal Care products etc).
Faulty Goods
We will repair or replace any item(s) that arrives to the customer defective or faulty in some way. In this case, the associated reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by CineStore. Please contact us first to arrange this.
Refunds
We will refund the total original costs minus a 15% restocking charge for the returned item(s) unless:
- Your return does not meet our return policy.
- Your return does not reach us.
We will not refund shipping fees, unless it was a defective item.
For defective or faulty items we will cover reasonable shipping costs to get the item back to us. Please discuss with our team first.
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of accepting your return. However please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed through the banks etc.
All refunds are returned to the original payment source.
